What is a Hat Bar?

Our Hat Bar is a custom hat styling experience where guests choose their hat and personalize it with bands, branding, feathers, and elevated accents. It’s interactive, stylish, and unforgettable.
Do you have a storefront?

We are currently operating by appointment and through private events. ✨ Our storefront is coming soon — projected for late Summer / early Fall 2026.
Until then, you can book a virtual styling appointment, schedule a private hat experience, or find us at select pop-ups and events.

Do I need an appointment?
Currently we offer Virtual Styling Appointments. Our virtual appointment is a personalized one-on-one styling session where we design your custom hat together online. We guide you through hat shapes, colors, bands, branding, and finishing details.
*By appointment only. A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to reserve your private session and will be applied toward your final custom order.
What types of events do you attend?

We specialize in weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, private parties, western events, and brand activations.
How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 2–4 months in advance for weddings and peak seasons. Prime dates fill quickly.
Do you travel?
Yes. We travel throughout Texas and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and setup requirements.
How long does the Hat Bar experience take?
Most custom hats take approximately 15–30 minutes depending on the level of customization.
What types of hats do you offer?
We offer both straw and premium felt hats in classic western silhouettes and modern rancher styles. Selection may vary by season.
How much do hats cost?
Pricing varies based on the hat style and customization details selected. Final pricing is determined by the base hat and added accents.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes — gift cards are available and make a perfect gift for hat lovers.
How do I care for my custom hat?
Keep your hat dry, store it in a cool place, and avoid prolonged moisture. We’re happy to provide care tips in-store.
Can I return or exchange my hat?
Because each hat is custom-designed, all customized hats are final sale.
